Rohini emerges as a hotspot for affordable living with 810 LIG flats in Sector 34 and 28, priced at a tentative Rs 14 lakh, making homeownership a reality for many aspiring individuals and families. Similarly, Siraspur and Loknayak Puram offer 107 and 89 LIG flats, respectively, at competitive prices, ensuring inclusivity in the housing market. The revival of the FCFS Phase IV scheme reflects DDA's commitment to addressing the housing needs of all segments of society.
