Medanta Hospital Secures Major Plot: Medanta Hospital, one of India's premier healthcare institutions, emerged as the highest bidder for an 8,850 square meter plot in the Oshiwara area. With a winning bid of ₹125 crore, Medanta significantly surpassed the reserve price of ₹67.49 crore set by MHADA.
