Mumbai: National award-winning actor Kriti Sanon has recently made a significant investment in the luxury real estate market of Alibaug. She has purchased a premium 2,000 sq feet plot from The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), costing over ₹2 crore. This new acquisition places her in close proximity to Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, who bought a 10,000 sq feet plot in the same area earlier this year.
Alibaug, known for its scenic coastal landscape and proximity to Mumbai, has become a hotspot for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) seeking luxury retreats and lucrative investment opportunities. Once the Occupation Certificate (OC) is received, a society will be formed for the development.
