The 1,760 sq ft carpet area apartment was sold at a rate of approximately ₹72,000 per sq ft, and the sale included two dedicated car parking spaces. The buyer, identified as Sameer Gandhi, completed the transaction by paying a stamp duty of over ₹77 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
Subhash Ghai had originally purchased the property in August 2016 for ₹8.72 crore, indicating a significant appreciation in value over the years.
